Asian Heritage Month

DFW had its first annual Dragonboat, Kite and Lantern Festival today. It was a major disappointment! The dragonboat race was a joke, and the few pathetic stalls there had totally nothing to do with asian culture/heritage. They were selling hotdogs for goodness sake!! The only saving grace was that the event was held in Lake Carolyn, a very pretty area in Las Colinas.

Fashion Faux Pas Number 1:

A definite no-no for dragonboat rowers!

Fashion Faux Pas Number 2:

Someone needs to tell the china auntie that she actually has to remove the sizing sticker BEFORE she wears her brandnew clothes out!

Strange things never end. At the asian grocer--

..it comes as no surprise that the "Lover's Tonic" is " Made In China".

Apparently, consuming a bottle or two of "Lover's Tonic" everyday increases a man's sexual confidence, and makes him become " a real and powerful man".
