cooked Braised Chicken with Yam for dinner today. my very first attempt, and i am pleased to say the dish turned out very well. * call me thick-skinned, but i really think it was yummy and yifan thought so too * it was a lot of work though. but well worth the effort. i am going to try babi pongteh next.
aunt sylvia just returned from zurich, with a trip to the mountains. i am so envious. i want to go there again. it's been 3 long years. it made me open up my " Europe trip" picture folder in my comp again. *nostalgia, and more nostalgia*
last but not least, counting down to our vegas trip: we have exactly 3 more weeks to go. i'm so excited!
