Alter Ego

i am feeling so uncomfortable now-- ate too much fries late at nite, that's why. i should have stuck to just eating Oreo's for supper. a lesson learnt.

yifan just told me that his colleague invited us over next saturday for a BBQ at his place. yay! only thing is his colleague has 3 dogs and a cat. the first time before i stepped into his house, i saw his dogs jumping around inside. one, two, three... OMG! luckily, they locked the dogs in the room before we went in. but the cat was left there in the living room, presumably becos they felt the cat wasnt as active as the dogs, and so could remain where she was. thank goodness i only noticed the cat just as we were about to leave. i am not sure what i would have done then if i had seen the cat earlier.
i must make a mental note to myself to wear jeans next week. it's going to be warm, and i know i will most likely perspire like mad, but better that than have animals touching my bare skin. yucks! not to mention that mosquitoes are everywhere. the last time i went, i suffered quite a few bites. no more of that.

for now at least, the vegas trip seems likely to materialise. will have to check out more stuff online tomorrow.
