we found another chinese supermarket in texas !! went for lunch at Penang today, asked the waiter and discovered a supermarket that is closer to our home. not a bad one too. that will be our " secret" supermarket for now. not going to tell anyone else at yifan's workplace, otherwise it'll be quite sian if we bump into them every single weekend.
met an auntie at the supermarket, and she brought us to a taiwanese eating place that serves good food at reasonable prices... that's one more to our list of future hang-outs. :)

they're selling fireworks round every corner now. on the way back, we saw fireworks. dunno where they were from. probably the lake. we are thinking of going to the lake tomorrow. it's very near our house, but we dun know exactly where it is. may have to go walmart or something to ask around. heheh.

i have not been drinking enough water lately, so a little " bui-bui" now; i panicked and went to walmart to buy a carton of spring water. hopefully it'll all go away soon.
